asp.net mvc - MVC cold startup not connecting -

notice how not connecting rather being slow.

this has been difficult reproduce, yet happen consistently , went far move application on fresh machine thinking hardware related alas, new machine - same issue.

some captures fiddler seems indicate connection never completed.

any suggestions on further investigative measures?

apologies in advance vagueness of question, @ loss.

can instrument iis side? request tracing tell if taking long request times out before returns . . .

iphone - Using nested NSDictionary with Picker -
