Android, How to put an ArrayList<myObject> in an Intent? -

i have 2 activities, in first one, instanciate arraylist of object myobject. in second activity, need arraylist. don't know how intent ?

(object class have created)

if make object class implement parcelabel can pack arraylist bundle send intent
