How to undo a wordpress site from Multi-site to stand-alone Wordpress site? -

i considering creating new wordpress multi-site network.

my question is... down road, need separate site multi-site network become stand-alone site can moved server, etc. how feasible , give quick rundown how involved accomplish? obstacles?
